Delete account & data

For Thai Myanmar 2D 3D (com.thai.mm.twodthreed). You can delete your account in the app or request deletion without reinstalling it.

In the app

  1. Open More → Account and sign in to your account.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion.

Without the app

Email hninangel71@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Thai Myanmar 2D 3D — account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Prepare deletion email

This opens your email app. Review and send the email to submit your request; clicking alone does not submit it.

What is deleted

Your app account, linked identity, profile details and stored profile image, account sessions, associated push registrations and public-chat data are removed. This does not delete your Google account or data in other apps.

Other data

Installation/security records are separate from your account. If you browsed without signing in, or want help removing other data, email support with the app name and your request. Do not send private device keys. Local preferences and caches can be removed by clearing app data. Provider logs may remain under provider retention rules.

Deletion is permanent. Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
