Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Android app Thai Myanmar 2D 3D (com.thai.mm.twodthreed) and its support website. The app operator can be contacted at hninangel71@gmail.com.

Information we process

• App installation and security: an installation identifier, public device keys, app version and package, authentication tokens and request timestamps. These support authenticated requests, prevent replay and abuse, and keep the app working. Private signing keys remain on your device.
• Network and service records: hosting providers process IP addresses and request information to deliver pages and API responses, diagnose failures and protect the service.
• Optional accounts: Google/Firebase account identifiers, email address, display name, profile picture, account status and sign-in/session records. We do not receive your Google password.
• Profile and community: names and profile images you choose, public chat messages, reports, blocks and moderation records. Your display name, avatar and messages are visible to other chat participants. Your email is not displayed as part of your public chat profile.
• Notifications: Firebase messaging registration tokens and notification preferences are used to deliver enabled notifications.
• Advertising: Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device information, ad interactions and diagnostic data, depending on settings and SDK behavior.

Permissions and your choices

You can browse results without an account, disable notifications in Android settings, and manage your advertising ID through Android privacy settings. If you choose to change your profile picture, the app accesses the image you select. We do not request your contacts, SMS messages or precise GPS location. App preferences and cached content may remain locally until you clear app data or uninstall.

Advertising

The app contains ads, including banner, interstitial, app-open and rewarded formats. Gift categories configured for rewarded ads ask you to confirm before starting the ad; completion opens the selected content. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. Ad availability and personalization depend on service and device settings.

Service providers and sharing

Google/Firebase provides sign-in, messaging and advertising services. Cloudflare provides hosting, API processing, databases, caching and image storage. These providers process data for their services. Public community content is shared with other participants. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose necessary records to comply with law or address fraud and abuse.

Retention and deletion

Account and profile data are retained while your account exists, unless removed through account deletion. Expired sessions and temporary authentication records are periodically cleaned up. Technical installation and security records are managed separately from account records and may remain for service operation, security and abuse prevention. Service-provider records are governed by their retention policies.

Account deletion removes the app account, linked identity and sessions, associated push registrations, stored profile image and associated public-chat data. It does not delete your Google account or other apps. Uninstalling alone does not delete the server-side account. See Delete account and data for in-app and email instructions. You may also contact us about access, correction or deletion of your data.

Security and international processing

App-server communication uses HTTPS and authenticated requests. Data may be processed in countries where our hosting and service providers operate. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and community

This app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us. Do not post sensitive personal information in public chat. Spam, harassment, gambling solicitation and fraudulent content are prohibited; reports may be reviewed for moderation.
